    Rooted in ancient yogic traditions, Kriya refers to a specific set of actions, techniques, and practices aimed at purifying and awakening the body, mind, and spirit. Himalayan Kriya draws inspiration from the mystical traditions of the Himalayas, offering profound methods of inner transformation and self-realization.

    Kriya consists of subtle yet powerful practices that help us release what no longer serves us. In doing so, it refines the nervous system, allowing it to function at its fullest potential. This work is deeply evolutionary—it moves us from limitation to expansion, and from constricting beliefs to a more open, energized, and healthful state of being.

    What is Integrated Kriya Yoga?

    Integrated Kriya Yoga is a holistic blend of Himalayan Kriya, breathwork, mantra, and asana (“Yoga Postures”). Together, these elements are designed to activate and regulate the nervous system, supporting deep transformation and balance.

    This 4-week beginner-friendly series will introduce you to meditation and help you learn tools to focus your mind, direct your energy, and reduce stress. 


    You'll develop greater self-awareness and clarity, making it easier to navigate daily life. Through simple yet powerful techniques, you'll build a foundation for access to silence and a more balanced and mindful approach to life.
